Pataka Factory does not accept returns or exchanges. Once a customer has left our store, we are unable to return or refund. As a result, we cannot safely resell the item to another customer.We are not responsible for product failures due to incorrect usage. Orders cannot be cancelled once the shipment has left our warehouse. Cancellations prior to shipment will incur a cost recovery fee of up to 25%.
User is responsible to read or view these instructions beforehand to ensure proper functioning and safe usage of these products. For example, Fireworks must be buried, braced or otherwise secured to ensure they do not tip over and shoot sideways;
Fireworks and Smoke Grenade fuses must not be exposed to rain.
